Best Telecom is located at 91/29 on the 2nd Main of Sadar Patrappa Road. If you know this area, you know how crowded and busy it gets with all the electronics and hardware shops. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. The shop is filled with all sorts of cables, parts, and gadgets that we’ve collected over time. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we have so much stuff packed into a small area. We spend our days helping people find exactly the right part for their devices. It’s a lot of testing things out and making sure they work before the customer leaves. SP Road is the kind of place where you have to know what you’re looking for, or you’ll get lost. We like the energy of the market, even if it’s loud and dusty most of the time. There is always someone shouting or a cart being pushed past the door. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just us at the counter dealing with whatever comes our way. We’ve been on 2nd Main for a long time, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and keep working. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to be fair and just get through the daily list of things to do at the shop.
