Benchmark Computers

Benchmark Computers is located at 247 Hebbal Swastik Cross Road, right in the Divyashree Nilaya building. We are basically a small tech shop where we fix laptops and sell computer parts. The place is usually full of half-disassembled computers and tangled cables. We spend our time trying to figure out why someone’s hard drive failed or why a motherboard is acting up. It can be tedious work, squinting at small chips and screws all day. We aren't a big service center for a major brand, just a local spot where you can get your PC looked at without a lot of fuss. There is usually a hum from all the fans running in the background. We have some retail boxes of keyboards and mice on the shelves too. Hebbal is a busy spot, and our location on Swastik Cross Road means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. We started this because we liked tinkering with electronics and it just turned into a daily job. It’s just a couple of us here, and we usually have coffee mugs sitting around near our tools. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of repairs waiting to be picked up by their owners. We don't have a formal dress code or anything, just jeans and t-shirts. People come in, tell us what’s wrong with their machine, and we see what we can do to fix it without charging a fortune.
