Benaka Party Hall

Our hall is located in Benaka Arcade, which is in Rajajinagar, not too far from Ananya Hospital. It’s a local spot that people in the neighborhood use for all sorts of things like small weddings, birthday parties, or even just family gatherings. We’ve had this place for several years now. When we first opened, the area wasn't as busy as it is today, but now there are cars parked everywhere and the shops are always full. Setting up for an event takes a lot of time. We spend hours moving the chairs around and making sure the lights are working properly. Sometimes a bulb flickers and I have to climb a tall ladder to fix it right before a party starts. My nephew helps me with the bookings, usually writing everything down in a big ledger we keep at the front desk. It’s not a high-tech operation, but it works for us. We’ve seen kids celebrate their first birthdays here and then come back years later for their graduation parties. It makes the neighborhood feel small and connected. The traffic near the hospital can be a bit of a headache during the day, so we always tell people to arrive a little early. We just try to keep the hall clean and ready for whoever needs it next. It’s a lot of sweeping and mopping after the guests leave, but that’s just part of the job when you run a place like this.
