We've been running Bcic out of this office at 14 Sankey Road for quite a while now. You can find us in Shariff Chambers, which is right near the Cunningham Road area. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our windows. The office itself isn’t anything too special to look at. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets a lot of use. We spend our days mostly handling the usual business tasks that come our way. It’s not about being the biggest company or having a fancy glass building. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The traffic on Sankey Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but we’ve learned the best times to avoid it. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. We aren't into big meetings or corporate talk. We just prefer to keep things simple and get through the list of things to do. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just deal with it. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who sell tea on the corner. It feels like a real community here in Shariff Chambers, and we’re happy enough with that. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people doing their thing.
