Bay Jobs Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated at 1208 on Hingavdi Road, near Dange Chowk in Jayanagar 9th Block. It’s a bit of a long address, but it’s a good location for what we do. We help people find work and help companies find staff. The office is usually full of people coming in for interviews or just asking about what jobs are available. It can get a bit hectic with all the resumes flying around. We have a few computers where people can sit and fill out their applications. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their experience and what they are looking for in a career. It’s not always easy, as sometimes the right job isn't there, but we try our best to keep things moving. The area around Dange Chowk is always buzzing with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We don't use any fancy software to pick names; we actually read through the papers people give us. Our furniture is a bit mismatched and the coffee isn't great, but we are honest about what we can do. We aren't a giant multinational firm. We’re just a group of people in Jayanagar trying to help other people get hired. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of listening, but that’s how the day goes at 1208 Hingavdi Road. We just keep at it until the office closes for the night.
