We are located at No.35/A in JP Nagar, right across from the Mini Forest. It’s a nice part of the 3rd Phase because of all those trees across the road. You can actually hear the birds in the morning which is rare for this part of town. The building sits on 1st Main Road. We have been operating this place for a good bit now. It’s not a huge building, just a few floors with rooms for people who are in town for a few days. We see a lot of people coming in for work at the nearby offices. The lobby has a few chairs and a table where we keep some old newspapers. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit heavy in the evenings, but it clears up by ten. Our staff stays on the ground floor mostly. We spend a lot of time making sure the water tanks are full and the corridors are swept. There is a small parking area out front, but it fits only a couple of cars, so people have to park carefully. I usually sit near the entrance in the afternoons when it’s quiet. We don't have a big restaurant or anything, just the rooms. Most guests go out to the small eateries nearby for their tiffin or coffee. It’s a basic setup but it works for the people who stay here in the 560078 area.
