Barclays Hr

Our office for Barclays Hr is located at 246 on 2nd Cross. We are in the 7th Block of Koramangala in Bangalore. It is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We are on the second floor of the building. It’s a pretty small place with just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time dealing with human resources stuff. That means a lot of interviews and looking through piles of resumes. Bangalore has so many people looking for jobs, so we stay quite busy most days. The office isn't very fancy. We have some old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep us cool. There are always people coming and going. We try to stay organized, but with so many papers, it’s hard sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because they heard about us from someone else. It’s a lot of hard work and many hours spent on the phone. We just try to do our best for the people who walk in. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows. It’s just a normal office life in a crowded city. We take our work seriously but we don't pretend to be something we are not. It is just a practical place to find work.
