If you live in Bangalore, you’ve definitely seen our buses everywhere. This office is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens. It’s a busy place, filled with people trying to keep the city's bus network running. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always someone coming in or out with a report or a schedule change. We deal with a lot of moving parts every day. Shanti Nagar is a major hub, so there’s a constant flow of traffic and people right outside our doors. Our work isn't about being fancy or having a polished image; it’s about making sure the buses are on the road and the routes are covered. We have a lot of history in this building. The walls are a bit scuffed and the desks have seen better days, but it’s a functional space that suits the work we do. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes the city traffic makes our jobs a real challenge, but we just keep at it. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We're just the ones working to keep the public transport system moving through the streets of Bangalore. It’s a big responsibility and we take it one shift at a time. We've been at it for years and just keep going.
