Bangalore 98 Archana Kitchen & Interiors

Bangalore 98 Archana Kitchen & Interiors is based out of R.S. Palya, right near the bus stop. We’re also quite close to Navneetam College in Kammanahalli, so there are always students and commuters moving around outside. Inside our shop, it usually smells like cut wood and laminate. We spend our days sketching out kitchen layouts and measuring twice to make sure everything fits. It’s a dusty job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy showroom with perfect lighting. Instead, we show people samples of materials and photos of stuff we’ve finished recently. We like the hands-on part of the work, like fitting a cabinet or picking out the right handles. Sometimes the traffic near the bus stop makes it hard for deliveries to pull in, but we manage. People from the neighborhood often pop in to ask for a bit of advice on their home repairs. We aren't a big chain; it’s just a local operation where we do the labor ourselves. Every kitchen we work on is a bit different because every house in Kammanahalli has its own quirks. We just try to make things look decent and work well for the families who live there. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here in R.S. Palya. You can usually find us there from morning until late evening, saw in hand or a pencil tucked behind the ear. We enjoy seeing a project come together from just a few slabs of wood.
