Banashankari Communication

Banashankari Communication is located at 17/1 in the New Timberyard Layout. It’s an area full of wood smells and the sound of saws, which is a bit different for a communication shop. We are a small setup that mostly handles mobile recharges and selling accessories like chargers and earphones. The shop is basically a single room with a simple glass front. We have some shelves on the walls that are a bit lopsided. I spend my day sitting behind the counter, watching the trucks go by outside. It’s a dusty place because of all the timber work nearby, so I’m always wiping down the glass. We have a small plastic bench for customers, but most people just stand while we do their recharges. The wall has a few old posters that have started to curl at the edges. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a place to get your phone fixed up or your bills paid. The electricity cuts out sometimes, and we just wait for it to come back on. I usually keep a radio playing some local music to pass the time. It’s a quiet life, and we know most of the workers from the nearby yards. We don't do anything special, just show up every day and keep the shop running for the neighborhood. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough.
