You will find us over at No. 540 in the Nanjappar Reddy Layout. It is part of Koramangala 8th Block, which is a place that is always moving. There is always someone looking for a specific type of cake tin or a bag of flour that they cannot find anywhere else. Our place is not huge, but we pack a lot into the shelves. Most of the time, the staff is busy restocking or helping someone figure out why their cookies did not turn out right. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when the weekend rush happens. We see a lot of the same faces, people who live nearby and just walk over to see us. The layout can be a bit confusing if you are not from around here, but once you find the 8th Block, we are easy to spot. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a handful of us who know where everything is kept. The back room is always full of boxes waiting to be opened. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Tuesdays, things can get a little messy. It is a straightforward business. We show up, we open the doors, and we help folks get what they need for their kitchens. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it is quiet, watching the bikes go by. It is just a regular shop doing regular work for the neighborhood.
