Bageecha Multicuisine Family Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at No. 42/3, just after you cross the Marathahalli Bridge. If you’re heading towards Whitefield from the airport road, you’ll see us on the side. The traffic around here is really something, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We get a lot of hungry families coming in. The kitchen is always a busy place, filled with the smell of spices and the sound of pans clanking. We’ve got a mix of different foods on the menu because everyone likes something different. My job is usually making sure the tables are wiped down and the waiters are ready for the rush. We don't have fancy uniforms or expensive decorations. It’s just a place with tables and chairs where you can sit and eat. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish if too many people order it at once, and we have to tell the customers we’re sorry. That’s just part of running a kitchen. We buy our vegetables fresh, so sometimes the menu changes a bit based on what’s good at the market. It’s a noisy, lively place when the dining room is full. We try to keep the water jugs filled and the plates moving. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but we like seeing people finish their meals before they head back out into the traffic. We keep an old radio in the corner near the cash counter for company during the slow hours between lunch and dinner.
