Babettes Signature Cuisine Restaurant

Our restaurant, Babettes Signature Cuisine Restaurant, is tucked away at Hosur Road 6th Cross, 17th Main, J C Nagar, Kurubarahalli 423. It is a bit of a long address to remember, but we are easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it is where we spend almost all our time. We started this because we wanted to cook things our way. It is not a massive dining room, so it feels more like a house than a big commercial space. The chairs don't all match perfectly, but they are comfortable enough for a meal. We are located in J C Nagar, which is a lively part of Kurubarahalli. There is always noise from the street, but once you are inside, it gets a bit quieter. We do all the prep work ourselves, from chopping vegetables to making the sauces. It is hard work and the hours are long, especially in the evenings. We don't use any fancy systems, just a paper pad for orders and a lot of memory. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to fix them quickly. It is just a local eatery where we put a lot of effort into the food. We like being at 423 and seeing the same faces coming back week after week. We keep the kitchen open late because that is when most people in the neighborhood are looking for a place to sit down. We just keep the lights on and keep cooking until the last order is done.
