If you know Richmond Town at all, you probably know where 16/4/B is. We’ve been running Babajob Services Pvt Ltd from this spot for a good bit. It’s an old area with a lot of character, and we like being right in the middle of it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and folders everywhere because things move fast here. We spend most of our time looking through lists of jobs and trying to connect people with work that fits. It’s not some high-tech operation with robots, just us sitting at computers and talking on the phone all day. Sometimes the internet goes out or the rain makes the road outside a bit of a swamp, but we manage. People stop by to ask about openings quite a bit. It’s nice to talk to someone face to face instead of just emails. My boss has been in this business for years, so he knows a lot of folks around the city. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, mostly just calendars and notes pinned up. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few people waiting in the lobby, but that’s just how it is in this building. We’re just a small team trying to get through the daily tasks. It’s busy, but it keeps us on our toes. There is always a new challenge every single morning.
