B S V Paying Guest

Living at 11 Avenue Road is pretty interesting because it's always so busy. B S V Paying Guest is right in the middle of all that action. It's an old building, but we try to keep it clean and comfortable for everyone who stays here. There’s always someone coming or going. Avenue Road has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk out the front door. We've got a few rooms and we just try to make sure things work like they should. The plumbing acts up sometimes, or a lightbulb goes out, and we have to fix it right away. That’s just part of running a place like this. We don't have a big staff or anything. It’s mostly just us making sure the beds are ready and the water is running. People who stay here are usually students or folks working nearby. We get to hear a lot of stories at the dinner table. It’s not a hotel, it’s more like a big house where everyone has their own space but shares the same roof. The noise from the street can be a lot during the day, but it quietens down eventually. We've been here for a good bit of time now and most of the shopkeepers on the road know us. It’s a simple life, just making sure people have a place to sleep and feel settled.
