Banneraghatta Road is a nightmare for traffic these days. We are situated near Ibrahim Rahmathulla Road. B P L Telecom has been around for a while. We aren't a big flashy store with glass walls. It’s a simple setup. We deal with phones and communication stuff. Mostly, people bring in things that stopped working or they need some wiring done. It’s a lot of small wires and tiny screws. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be, so I use a big magnifying glass now. The shop is a bit cluttered with boxes and old parts we keep just in case someone needs a specific piece from ten years ago. You’d be surprised how often that happens. We have a small bench in the back where the soldering happens. It smells like burnt plastic sometimes, but you get used to it. We don't do much talking unless it's about the work. People come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see if we can fix it. It’s not a complicated business model. We just open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door, so we put a bucket there. It’s just how things go. We’re part of the neighborhood, and that’s enough for us. We just want to keep things running so people can stay connected with their families and friends without any trouble or technical issues.
