Axicom Technologies

We are located over in East West Residency in J.P Nabgar, Bangalore. It is a busy part of the city, but our office is tucked away. We handle a lot of tech stuff here at Axicom Technologies. It isn’t a huge space with glass walls. We just have some desks, computers, and a lot of cables running across the floor. Most of our days are spent in front of screens. We started out small and stayed that way because it is easier to manage. Our staff is mostly local people who live nearby. We don’t really do big meetings or have a corporate hierarchy. We just talk to each other when something needs doing. Sometimes it gets quite loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We keep a big kettle for tea and coffee in the corner. That’s where most of our planning happens. We don't wear suits or fancy clothes. It is mostly just jeans and old t-shirts. People who visit us for the first time sometimes get a bit lost in the residency, but they find us eventually. We have been in this spot for several years now. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just show up every morning, do the work, and head home in the evening. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us.
