Axa Business Services

Axa Business Services is located at 10/3 on the ground floor in Bangalore. This is our Karnataka office here in India. The space is pretty functional, with rows of desks and people clicking away on keyboards throughout the day. We handle a variety of business tasks that keep things running behind the scenes. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations; it’s more about the work at hand. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to step out for a quick break, though the Bangalore humidity can be a bit much sometimes. We deal with a lot of data and communication, so the internet connection is basically the most important thing in the room. Each person has their own corner and we mostly focus on the lists and spreadsheets that need finishing by the end of the shift. It can get a bit monotonous, staring at screens for hours, but we have a good group of people who talk and joke a bit to keep the mood okay. We are just one of the many offices in this part of the city, trying to keep up with the pace of business. There isn't anything fancy about our daily routine. We show up, log in, do the work, and then head home through the city traffic. It’s just a regular office life where we try to stay organized and make sure no mistakes slip through the cracks in the reports.
