Avenue Job Solutions

Avenue Job Solutions is based at 261 Rajajinagar, over in Shardram Park on Sasoon Road. We’ve been here for a while now, and it’s a decent enough spot for what we do. Basically, we spend our days helping people find work and helping companies find staff. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or a big lobby. Usually, there are just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by stacks of resumes and folders. The Rajajinagar area is always moving, and we try to keep up with the pace. People often walk in just to ask about what’s available, and we do our best to give them a straight answer without any fluff. Some days are really busy and we’re on the phone constantly, while other days are a bit slower. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the people who come through our door. It can get a bit messy in here with all the paperwork, but that’s just part of the job. We know the local businesses around Sasoon Road pretty well, and we’ve built up some good relationships over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a solid job and help folks get placed where they fit. It’s practical work, and we’re happy to be doing it right here in this neighborhood.
