Auto Comforts

Finding us can be a little tricky if you’re not looking closely. We are at No.44 in the Winnie Complex, which is tucked behind the Corporation Building on JC Road. That whole area is a maze of shops and narrow turns. It's actually right on the JC Road Cross. Auto Comforts is our small corner of the world. We focus on things that make car rides a bit better, but the shop itself isn't very comfortable! It’s full of boxes and samples of seat covers and mats. The air is always thick with the smell of new fabric and plastic. JC Road is famous for being the place to go for car stuff, so there’s a lot of competition and a lot of noise. We’ve been in this complex for a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk is cluttered with old invoices and coffee mugs. We don't have a big team, so we end up doing everything ourselves, from unloading the vans to talking to the customers. Sometimes the traffic on JC Road gets so bad that it takes an hour just to move a few blocks, which affects our deliveries. But we’ve learned to be patient. It’s just the way the city works. We keep the shop open late most days because that’s when the mechanics finish their work and come looking for supplies.
