Ats Foods

Our place is tucked away on 11th Main near Nobo Nagar, right off Bannerghatta Road. It’s not the easiest spot to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like it here. Ats Foods is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. The air usually smells like whatever we’re working on that day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the crates and supplies piled up, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time cleaning floors and checking stock levels. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes it gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. One day you’re packing boxes, the next you’re checking the delivery truck. The neighborhood around Sos Post is fairly quiet, which helps us stay on task. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address 17/3 and the work we do inside. Sometimes the traffic on Bannerghatta Road makes deliveries take longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if the days are long and the work is repetitive. We just keep our heads down and get the food out.
