Athiya Organizational Competencies, Bangal

Frazer Town is one of those places in Bangalore that still has a bit of the old charm. We are on Palm Road, at number 80. Athiya Organizational Competencies, Bangal has been operating out of this spot for a while now. The road is lined with trees, and it’s a lot nicer than the concrete jungles in other parts of the city. Our building is an older one, and you can feel the age in the high ceilings and the way the floors creak. It isn't a corporate park with security guards and badges. You just walk up to the door and knock. Frazer Town is known for its food, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of the day for the team. We have a small group here, and we all know each other well. The office is filled with books and files, and there’s always a pot of coffee going somewhere. We don’t have a formal dress code. People just show up and do their work. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do get quite busy with our organizational work. The windows are usually left open to let in the breeze, though that also lets in the Bangalore dust. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like being in this part of town rather than a sterile office block. 80 Palm Road is a good place to be if you like a bit of character and history.
