Athithi Andhra Style Family & Multicuisine Rest

Our restaurant is located at No 225-226 on Bannerghatta Road. We are on the floor above Canara Bank, right by the Arakere Gate. It’s a very busy intersection in Bangalore. You have to climb the stairs to get to us, which some people find a bit tiring, but that’s just the layout of the building. We focus on Andhra style food because that’s what we know. The kitchen is always smelling of green chilies and spices. It’s a family-run kind of place, so it’s not very formal. We have big tables for families to sit together. 560076 is the area we serve. The traffic on Bannerghatta Road is famous for being slow, so we see people looking out our windows at the cars stuck below. We aren't a high-end dining establishment. We just provide plenty of food and a place to sit. Sometimes we are understaffed and things take a bit longer. We try our best to keep up. The multicuisine part means we have a few other things on the menu, but most people come for the spicy stuff. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe our food. It’s just the stuff we eat at home. The walls have a few simple pictures and the lighting is just normal bulbs. It’s a practical space for a meal. We are just there above the bank, day in and day out. Climbing those stairs is just part of the routine.
