Associate.-Hr

Our office is over at 142/33, tucked into the 32nd Cross in Jayanagar 4th Block. If you know the 14th Main area, we are not far from there. Being an Associate.-Hr means I handle a bit of everything. One minute I'm filing papers and the next I'm talking to someone about their vacation time. It is a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day. Jayanagar is a nice, leafy part of Bangalore, and we like the vibe of the 4th Block. Our office space is quite small, just a couple of rooms really. We have a lot of physical folders because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It makes it feel more real. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We try to be helpful when staff members have problems or questions. It’s about keeping the day-to-day operations smooth. We don't write big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the people who work here. The 32nd Cross gets busy in the evenings, but during the day it’s a good place to get work done. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and do the HR work that needs doing. It’s not flashy, but it is necessary for the company to function properly every day.
