Associate Consultant

We are based over in JP Nagar 6th Phase, right on 33rd Cross in Astalakshmi Layout. If you know the area, you know it is a mix of houses and small offices like ours. Being an associate consultant means a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets, mostly. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is at number 3. It’s not a huge fancy skyscraper, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting here a bit of a headache, but that is just Bangalore life. We spend most of our mornings catching up on emails and checking in with people. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused on their screens. There are some decent places to grab a quick tea nearby which helps when the day feels long. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless there's a specific reason for it. Most days it’s just us working through our lists and trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the consulting work that comes our way and making sure things are handled right. It's a small team here, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but we try to get out on time when the weather is nice.
