Assess Pepole Pvt Ltd

Our office, Assess Pepole Pvt Ltd, is over in the HAL 2nd Stage area. Specifically, we are at 3138, 7th Main, in the Hindustan Aeronautits limited 2nd Stage part of town. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of trees and other offices around us. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It’s interesting because you meet so many different people with different skills. We try to figure out who would be a good fit for certain jobs. Sometimes it’s easy, and other times we have to look through hundreds of applications to find the right person. Our office is a bit cluttered with folders and printouts. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the time because the days can get long. We aren't a huge corporation; we’re just a small group trying to help people get hired. The traffic around HAL can be quite something during the commute, so we’re used to people running a few minutes late for interviews. We don't use any fancy software to pick people; we just read the CVs and talk to them like normal human beings. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, but it feels good when someone we helped actually gets the job. We just take things one day at a time here and hope for the best for the candidates.
