We are Aspire Recruitment, and we spend our days trying to help people figure out their next career move. The address on our paperwork says Csdsvfd, which might look a bit strange, but we are right here doing the work every day. Recruitment is one of those things that sounds easy until you actually try to do it. You have to look through hundreds of resumes and talk to all sorts of people to find the right fit for a specific role. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with enough chairs and a good enough internet connection to keep things moving. We started this because we wanted to have a small, independent way to work in the hiring field. Every morning starts with a fresh pot of tea and a long list of people to call. Some days are successful and we find a great match, and other days it feels like we are just spinning our wheels. That’s just the nature of this kind of business. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy promises to make. We just tell people we will look at their experience and see if any of the companies we know are looking for someone like them. It’s a lot of waiting and a lot of talking, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired.
