If you ever find yourself in the Marthahally area of Bangalore, you might stumble across us in Chodeswary Layout. That’s where Askexim Services is set up. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of traffic and people moving around, but our little corner is tucked away just enough. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly handle paperwork and service requests all day. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old equipment tucked into the corners. We’ve been meaning to tidy it up, but there’s always something more urgent to do. We usually start our day by going over what came in overnight. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we all go at least twice a day to get out of the office for a few minutes. Working in Marthahally means you get used to the dust and the constant construction sounds. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job so we can head home to our families. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s just how things go at a small place like ours in the middle of a big city where everyone is rushing somewhere.
