Asian Exhibition & Conferences

We are located way up on the 12th floor of Mittal Towers, specifically in units 1206 and 1207. Being on Mahathma Gandhi Road means the traffic is always a nightmare, but the view from Ivory Terrace is actually pretty good if you have a minute to look out the window. Most of the time we are too busy to look, though. Our office is usually filled with large boxes, rolled-up posters, and floor plans for whatever event is coming up next. Organizing exhibitions and conferences involves a lot of list-making and calling up vendors to make sure they show up on time. It is a lot of logistical work that most people don't see. We have wires running across the floor and piles of badges waiting to be sorted. It’s not the neatest office in Mittal Towers, but we know where everything is. Near the State Bank of India Atm downstairs, it’s always crowded with people, so we usually just bring our lunch and eat at our desks. We deal with a lot of different people, from truck drivers delivering stages to corporate speakers who are very particular about their microphones. It can be stressful when a deadline is approaching and things aren't lining up, but we always find a way to make it work. We are just a small group of people at Asian Exhibition & Conferences trying to keep all the pieces of these big events moving in the right direction.
