Our office for Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd is situated on Mahakali Caves Road, specifically in units 1206 and 1207. It is a very busy part of the city, and being on Mahakali Caves Road means there is always some kind of noise or activity happening right outside our door. We deal with a lot of logistics for big exhibitions and meetings, so the office is often filled with maps, floor plans, and long schedules pinned to the walls. It is a lot of hard work to pull these things together, and it takes our small team staying late more often than not. We are not really into flashy things; we just focus on the small details of the events we are handling. Having two units next to each other helps because we can spread out all the banners and materials we need without tripping over them. People often get a bit lost looking for the right building around the Mahakali area, but once they find us, they see we are just a bunch of regular people working hard behind the scenes. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going during the busy season when multiple conferences are happening at the same time. It is not exactly a quiet job, but we enjoy the chaos of it. Most of our days are spent on the phone, trying to make sure the venues are ready and the participants have what they need.
