ASIA DEAL HUB INDIA is over at 690/C on the 15th Main in JP Nagar 2nd Phase. This part of town is usually buzzing with people, so there is never a dull moment. Our office is set up to handle deals and business connections. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, often with people in different time zones. Because of that, sometimes the lights are on here at odd hours. The building is easy to find once you are on 15th Main. We aren’t trying to be a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people working from this corner of Bangalore. The office is a bit crowded with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. It’s a functional space. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we care more about whether the work is getting done properly. Most of our day is spent looking at contracts or checking on the status of various projects we are involved in. It can be stressful sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need a break from the screens. It’s a pretty normal workplace. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized so that nothing important slips through the cracks at the end of the day.
