Ashrafs Caterers

Our place, Ashrafs Caterers, is located in Kalasipalyam on Am Road, specifically at number 13/11. It is a very busy part of the city, in the 560002 postcode area. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Dealing with catering means we are often busy with pots and pans early in the morning before the sun is even fully up. The street outside gets crowded with vehicles and people moving through Kalasipalyam. It is not the quietest neighborhood, but it is where everything happens. We spend our time prepping ingredients and organizing things for various events people ask us to help with. It is a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. It is mostly just us working in the space we have, making sure the food is ready on time. Sometimes the logistics of getting through the traffic on Am Road can be a real headache, but we manage it every day. We are just local people doing a job. There are no big corporate meetings here. We just talk to the customers, figure out what they need for their gatherings, and then we get to work in the kitchen. It is a straightforward way of living. We stay busy and keep our heads down. This little corner of the city is our home base and it works for us.
