You can find Ashok Associates at 478/19 on Yelahanka Road. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. Yelahanka Road is a main stretch, so there's always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. It’s a good spot for a real estate office because people can just pull over when they see our sign. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of folders. We don't see the need for anything more than that. We focus on the properties around this side of town. It’s a growing area, so there’s always something new happening, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our time driving up and down the road to meet clients or look at houses. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being out and about. We handle everything from small plots of land to larger residential houses. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the history of many of these buildings. We try to be helpful when people have questions, even if they aren't ready to buy anything yet. It’s just how we do things. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us, Ashok Associates, doing our best to keep things moving along Yelahanka Road. Every day brings someone new through the door, and we just take it as it comes.
