Ashish Metal is located at 151/2 Sardar Patrappa Road. We are quite close to the Town Hall, which is a big landmark around here. The area is also home to the Salarpuria G R Tech Park and the Vayu Block, so it’s a real mix of old-school trade and new tech buildings. Our spot is more on the old-school side of things. It’s a busy, noisy street with a lot of metal being moved around all day long. You can hear the sound of sheets clanking and trucks unloading most of the day. The shop is filled with various types of metal, and everything is a bit heavy and dusty. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy chairs to sit in. It’s a place for work, where we wear boots and keep our hands dirty. It’s quite cramped inside with all the stock we keep. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific piece of metal if things get unorganized, but we usually know where everything is. The traffic on Sardar Patrappa Road can be a nightmare in the evenings when everyone is leaving. We’ve been here for a long time and know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a community of people just trying to get through the day’s orders and deliver what’s needed. We aren't doing anything high-tech; it’s just honest trade in a busy part of town. If you need us, you just look for the pile of metal near Nera Town Hall.
