Ashirvad Catering

We are based at No. 9/3 in Thyagarajanagar, situated right behind the KEB quarters. It is a nice enough spot in the second block on the first main road. We don't have a storefront where you can come and eat a meal like a restaurant. It is mostly just our kitchen where we prepare everything for the events we handle. The space is filled with big pots and pans and the smell of spices starting from early in the morning. We are a small team, mostly family members and a couple of people from the neighborhood who help with the chopping and cleaning tasks. We have lived in this part of Bangalore for a long time. We know what the families around here like for their small functions. It is not like those big catering companies with uniforms and fancy trucks. We just use our own vehicles to move the food to the venues. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us personally. They come to the house, we sit down with a notepad, and they tell us what they want for their housewarming or a birthday. We try to keep things simple and honest. The kitchen can get quite hot in the summers, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the cooking and making sure the food is ready and packed when it needs to be. It is just a local business run by local people. We have been doing this for years now in this neighborhood.
