Ascend Business Yields

Ascend Business Yields is situated over by the Arabic College, right in Prashanthi Nagar on K Narayanapura Main Road. The building number is 126. It’s a lively spot because of all the students and the traffic on the main road. Our office is just a regular room with some desks pushed together. We don't have those expensive ergonomic chairs or fancy lighting. We just use what we have. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes when things get busy, and you might see some papers scattered on the floor. We aren't trying to look like a big multinational company. We are just a group of people working together to handle business stuff. The walls are a bit bare, and we haven't gotten around to putting up many pictures. We focus more on what we are doing than how the place looks. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to take a break. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you might have to wait a second for someone to finish a call. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with things directly and don't waste time on long presentations. It’s just how we operate. There isn't any management layer here, just us doing the daily work.
