Our kitchen and shop are over at 805/A, 16th Main in BTM Layout Stage 2. We’re quite close to the ICICI Bank, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. BTM is always buzzing with students and young professionals, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door on 7th Cross. We spend our days preparing food, so the kitchen is always hot and smells like onions and spices. It’s a small team here, and we’re usually all wearing aprons and rushing to get orders ready. The space is tight, especially when we have a lot of supplies delivered at once. We don’t have a big dining area, it’s mostly about getting the food out to people who are on the go. Sometimes the delivery drivers are all lined up outside, leaning on their bikes while they wait. We try to keep things organized, but when the lunch rush hits, it can get a bit chaotic. We’ve had to replace the stove once already this year because we use it so much. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we enjoy the pace. We aren't a big chain, just a local food spot trying to make things that taste like home. The menu is simple because we prefer doing a few things well instead of a hundred things poorly. That’s just our way of working.
