Aryan Event Managements

Aryan Event Managements is based out of Kodigehalli in Ahmedabad, specifically at W-109 in the Kathwada area. We handle the small stuff and the big stuff when it comes to local gatherings. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows. It’s more of a place where we keep our supplies and meet people to talk about their plans. Usually, it’s for weddings or maybe a small birthday party at someone’s house. We have some chairs, some decorations, and we know people who can help with the lighting. It started out just helping friends with their functions, and then it turned into a real business. Ahmedabad is a place where people love to celebrate, so there is always something going on. Sometimes we are working late at night setting up a stage, and other times we are just waiting for the next call. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we make sure the chairs are there and the place looks okay for the guests. We deal with a lot of different vendors for flowers and food. It gets stressful when things don't arrive on time, but that’s just the nature of event work. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us who know how to get things moved and set up. We are just local people trying to make a living by helping others get their parties sorted without too much trouble. It keeps us moving and thinking.
