Arvind Modern Nest Paying Guest is over here in JP Nagar at house number 32, right by the Banashankari Temple. It's basically a place for people who need a room while they work or study nearby. We’ve been running this for a while now. The building is called Arvind House. We try to keep things simple and functional for everyone staying with us. Living in a PG isn't always fancy, but we make sure the basics are covered like water and electricity. It gets busy around here because of the temple, but inside it's usually quiet enough. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just us looking after the place and making sure the rent is paid and the rooms are okay. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up, but we fix it when we can. Most of the guys here are working in the city and just need a spot to sleep and keep their stuff. We handle the daily cleaning and the food bit as well. If someone has a problem with their fan or a light, they just come and tell us and we get to it. It’s a straightforward setup. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel, just a decent place to live for a few months or years. Being near the temple makes it easy for people to find us. We've seen a lot of people come and go from this address over the years. We keep the keys and help with moving in.
