Arun Constructions Ltd., Delhi

We are located over in Vijaya Bank Layout, right behind the IIM-B campus. It’s a busy area of Bangalore. Even though the name says Delhi, this is where we do our work here in the south. The office is on 8th Cross in Sunderam Shetty Nagar. It’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to site supervisors. There’s usually a bit of dust on the floors from people coming in and out from the field. It’s not a polished place with shiny floors. We have stacks of files and rolls of drawings everywhere. Arun Constructions Ltd. has been around for some time, and this office handles the local projects. The 5th Main road gets pretty crowded during rush hour, so we try to get our site visits done early. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just calendars and maybe a map of the city. It’s a practical space. People come here to discuss building plans or check on project timelines. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just how the construction business goes. We keep it straightforward and don't make a fuss about things. It’s a solid place to work from. There’s a small parking spot in front, but it’s usually taken by the time the staff arrives in the morning.
