Arun Arvind Catering & Cooking Contractors is based at No.15, 4th Cross Rd, right near Muddamma Garden in Benson Town. We’ve been at this No.15 address for quite some time now. Benson Town is a nice place to work, though the 4th Cross can get a bit tight when we have trucks coming in. Our day starts before most people are even awake. We have to get the stoves going and start the prep work early. It’s a lot of physical effort, lifting big bags of ingredients and moving heavy pots around. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We’re usually in the kitchen where it’s hot and busy. Being near Muddamma Garden gives us a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. We aren't big on advertising or having a polished image. We just focus on the cooking and the contracting work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a burner acting up or a delivery being late, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a straightforward way to run things. The team here has been together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the kitchen. We’re just a local business at No.15, 4th Cross Rd, doing what we know how to do. There is always a list of chores and we just tick them off one by one.
