Our shop is right on Ram Mandir Road in RMV 2nd Stage. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us plenty of times. It’s a small place, mostly filled with phone cases and boxes of cables. We spend most of our day helping people with their mobile connections or fixing screens that got cracked. It’s funny how much people worry when their phone stops working, but we see it every day. We also do recharges and sell some basic accessories. The shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for things to load, but that's just how it is. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now. The Ram Mandir nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything, just a local counter where you can get your SIM card sorted. Sometimes we’re just chatting with the neighbors while we wait for a repair to finish. We don't have fancy uniforms. Usually, it's just one of us behind the glass counter. We keep the shop open until fairly late because that’s when people actually have time to drop by. It’s a busy street but we like being part of the noise here in RMV. It's a decent way to spend the day, talking to folks and fixing their tech.
