Our office is over at 9/24 on the 20th I Cross in Ejipura. It’s right near that Koramangala Link Road, so we get a lot of that through-traffic noise. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, though. If you’re not looking for it, you might drive right past. Arctern Consulting has been based here for a while. The building is pretty standard for this part of Bangalore-47. It’s not a high-rise; it’s more of a local neighborhood setup. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a person waiting to open the door. You just walk in and find us working. The 20th I Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of coffee and spend most of our time looking at screens. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a consulting firm doing our jobs from a quiet corner of Ejipura. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We like the area because it’s got a bit of character, and it’s close enough to the main parts of town without being right in the middle of the chaos. It's just a regular workplace for us.
