Aravind Modern Nest P G

Aravind Modern Nest P G is situated at 32 JP Nagar, in the Pantharpalya area near the Mysore Road Cross. We are in the Arvind Complex, right near the Banashankari Temple. It’s a very busy location because so many people use the Mysore Road to get around. We’ve been running this PG for quite a while now. It’s a basic place meant for people who need a spot to sleep and stay while they work or study. We don’t have any fancy amenities like a gym or a pool. It’s just rooms and a kitchen area. We spend a lot of our time making sure things are working, like the plumbing and the electricity. It’s a lot of maintenance, and something always seems to need fixing. The building gets quite noisy in the evenings when everyone comes back from their day. We live close by, so we are usually around to help if someone loses their key or something breaks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us because of where we are located. The temple nearby brings a lot of people to the area, so it’s always active. We try to keep the place as decent as we can for the residents. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s an honest one. We just take it one day at a time and keep things moving.
