Aravind Associates

Aravind Associates is located in Marathahalli at Panchratna 370. If you know Marathahalli, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is on a floor that gets a decent breeze if we leave the windows open, though it brings in a bit of dust too. We have a lot of wooden desks and metal filing cabinets that are packed with years of records. It’s a quiet place for the most part, with the occasional sound of a stapler or someone flipping through pages. We handle a lot of consulting and associate work, which means plenty of reading and writing. We don't have a modern, sleek office design; it’s more of a traditional setup with calendars on the walls and piles of paper that we swear we’ll organize next week. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time, so conversations are usually pretty casual. We have a small corner for making coffee, though the machine is a bit temperamental. The rug in the waiting area is a little frayed at the edges, but nobody seems to mind. We take things as they come and try to keep a steady pace throughout the week. It’s an honest living, and we enjoy being part of the local community here. We usually close up right as the streetlights are coming on and the evening traffic starts to peak. It is just a regular office.
