Arasor Technologies Ltd

Arasor Technologies Ltd is located in Flat 503, Building 8, inside Shanti Park Apartments. This is over in Jayanagar 9th Block, which is a really nice part of Bangalore to be in. Working out of an apartment building gives things a much more personal feel than being in a big glass tower. We know the security guards and the people living in the other flats. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a balcony, which is great for when we need some fresh air. It’s not a formal environment at all. We wear whatever is comfortable and usually have some music playing in the background while we work. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to make things work. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't use a lot of business jargon because it feels fake. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way of running a company. We’ve been here for a while and don't really see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s a comfortable spot, and it suits the way we like to work—quietly and without a lot of fuss. Jayanagar is a good place to be for a business like ours.
