Aranha Homes

We’ve been at 148 Indira Nagar Mamulpet for a while now. Most days it’s just us figuring out the schedule and making sure everything is handled. The street gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy stuff done early. It isn't a fancy setup here, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We deal with houses and keeping things in order. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to find the door, but we're right there. Most of the folks who work here live nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on properties. It’s mostly just making sure the roofs don’t leak and the keys are where they should be. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will probably be drinking tea or looking at a blueprint. It's a small team, maybe five of us on a good day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop. The building is older, but it works for what we do. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from the neighbors or seeing the sign when they walk past. It gets dusty with the windows open, but that’s just how it is in Mamulpet. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not about being the biggest, just staying busy.
