We are located on the first floor of the Rajeshwari Complex, right on Ratna Vilas Road near Rashtriya Vidyalaya Road. Appro Lubes Pvt Ltd has been in this building for some time now. Being on the first floor means we are constantly carrying things up and down the stairs, which keeps us busy. The office is at number 163. It’s a mix of a small office space and where we keep some of our lubricant samples and records. The complex itself is quite old, and you can hear the street noise from the windows all day long. It's a central spot, so we get quite a bit of foot traffic nearby. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure the distribution side of things is moving along. There are drums and cans around, though we try to keep the main stock elsewhere when we can. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a lived-in workspace with old files and desks that have seen better days. We know the other shop owners in the Rajeshwari Complex, and we usually grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a practical place to run the business from. We deal with a lot of different types of oils and greases, so there is often that faint smell of lubricants in the air. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep things organized in the space we have. It works for what we need.
