Being located at 797 D on the 6th Cross, 10th Main in Bangalore is actually quite nice because of all the trees around here. Aol Member Services, India has been tucked away in this part of the city for a good bit now. Our pin code is 560038, and most people around here know the 10th Main road pretty well. The office itself is just a regular place where we spend our days answering questions and sorting out member issues. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We have old chairs and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. When the rain starts in Bangalore, we all huddle inside and keep working. It gets busy during certain hours, and you can hear the hum of computers and people talking on headsets. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually bring lunch from home and eat together. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. Sometimes the 6th Cross gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to wait it out. It’s just how things go in this neighborhood. We’ve been part of this street for years, and the neighbors know us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, helping folks with their internet stuff without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady rhythm here at 797 D. The building has a small gate that squeaks every time someone comes in.
