Aol Call Center

The call center is located at No 92, Ramyapriya Nilayam in Sadanandanagar. We are right in the NGEF East area of Bangalore, 560038. It’s a fairly large building that’s easy to recognize once you get onto the street. Inside, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a call center. There are rows of cubicles, people wearing headsets, and the constant sound of voices talking to customers. It’s never really quiet here, even during the night shifts. We have a small canteen where we all gather during breaks to eat and chat about things other than work. The Ramyapriya Nilayam building has been our base for a good while. The neighborhood of Sadanandanagar is quite nice, with some parks nearby if you need a walk to clear your head. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just schedules and performance charts taped up here and there. The desks are a bit worn out from years of use, but they serve their purpose. We have a mix of younger and older staff, and everyone just tries to get through their calls as best as they can. It’s a straightforward job and we do it in a straightforward way. Getting to work is okay as long as you avoid the worst of the NGEF traffic. It’s a busy, hardworking place to be every single day.
